Approximately 75% of all window companies collapse your window frames which could cause water damage (walls cost more than windows). We simply put the new vinyl frame over the old so there is no water or stucco damage. We also do new construction window installation.

INSTALLATION STEPS
Here's what we do . . .

Caulk and seal between window and old frame

Caulk between new window frame and exterior

Insulate between new window and and wall with foam

Mechanically fasten
-
Trim on inside with wood or vinyl molding and bond with self adhesive strips

Caulk interior between sheet rock and sill

Remove window, glass, and aluminum

Mask off any chipping, etc.

Complete installation

Clean up and remove all debris
What you should do prior to installation . . .

We keep everything as clean as possible, but as with all construction, dust happens!

Remove all drapes, mini blinds, etc. from work area
-
Cover furniture with sheets or plastic
-
Move furniture away from work areas
-
Protect all electronics (computers, stereo's etc.)
