East County Glass & Window has been in business since 1979. Current Owner, Tim Allen, took over the company from his father, Don Allen, in 1984. Unlike most kids who spent their childhood breaking windows, Tim spent his repairing them. Today his oldest son, Austin, works for the company as Office Manager.

From Yelp

East County Glass was a pleasure to work with - professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and always kept in contact throughout the project.

We had to replace glass/window/door for a commercial property (3000+ sq ft) and sought bids from multiple sources. Tim, the owner, came out and clearly explained the process to us, sharing his insights on the best approach to tackle the project, minimizing cost while maintaining the high quality we were after. Of all the companies who came out to the property, Tim was definitely the most attentive to our needs and knowledgeable. The delivery of the bid proposal was timely and the bid/proposal within expected range.

Throughout the window replacement process, Audrey, our project manager, ensured things were on track. East County Glass was able to adjust their schedule as to minimize the impact of our current tenant.

We had some minor issues with the install after the team left. With a simple Email and phone call, they quickly came out to fix it. It shows they are putting the customer first and stands behind their workmanship.
